Smartsheet: Teams & Projects App Reviews

As much as I love smartsheet (desktop version), I have to admit that I have been seriously let down by the lack of functionality of its iOS App. Its basically just a viewing App - thats it. It seriously dents the idea of using iPad Pro as my main electronic device. A serious overhaul of the App functionality is needed STAT.

Looks like it might be interesting but doesnt work on an iPad only on a desktop. You cant even get it to work in a browser using request desktop site as it doesnt connect with a touch screen properly. Disappointed + annoyed at having my time wasted.

I use my office 365 login for my account with smartsheet. It doesnt seem to work on the app.

Good to see Sights support in the iOS app. Please make it possible to pinch zoom those view -- would make them even better.

Finally you can indent rows! And the new graphical tool bar looks amazing.

There are many excellent planning apps, this is the right one for me. Good templates, flexible formatting, easy to update, reasonably priced, team-ready, etc. Its a good product. Take the 30 trial.

I need scheduling software, but this doesnt let you edit predecessors. I cant just edit a cell, I have to go into their form format. All of this means that its just a glorified list maker, and then frustrating to use.

I use it for personal and business use and cant live without it. Gantt charts for project management, card view for visual kanban style users, scheduling and integrations with everything you need. Easy to use, inexpensive, and great company with awesome customer service. Love it!

SmartSheet is great, it really fills in all the gaps between the different tools that are typically required. Its not perfect, but in many cases its the best tool for the many jobs. The app works well too, but present its missing of of the greatest new features. Cards. Once this happens, SnartSheet mobile will replace my Trello and get five stars.

The user interface for the app is nice and friendly but when I try using it on my iPad Pro I discovered bugs in its operation. For example, the move row feature does not function. I then tried "Project Planning Pro" and it has performed flawlessly.

Love the sheets and the way they integrate with other apps! Great support and training.

As I explore this app I was constantly surprised at what you were able to do. You can do things and this app that I never thought you would be able to do on mobile in a spreadsheet or project management system

Im looking for some simple project management software, and this one looked promising with built-in templates, etc., but the apps functionality is nonexistent. Just try to create a project and put in some data... Ha! Good luck. Absolutely non-intuitive, even for someone who is used to using MS Project. Just because its free doesnt make it worth trying... What a waste of time.

I built a home inventory sheet for insurance purposes. Used this app to take pictures of all expensive items, serial numbers, and videos of each room. Very easy to do.

I use Smartsheet to organize my home inventory for insurance, track golf scores amongst friends, and keep track of habits Im trying to form. The mobile app makes all of these easy. With the latest update, I can create filters on my computer and then apply them on my phone.

This app is good, more like 3-4 stars, but their desktop web version is excellent. Rated this app 5 stars just because they have an app to extend the awesome web app to my phone. Its helpful when Im on the go. I just wish it was a full representation of their web app.

The card view is missing from the app! I use the card view all the time to get a visual of the task. And its probably more critical for the mobile app due to screen size. Should have some type of customization for the mobile app due to the small screen size instead of just copy of an excel sheet. Let me pick what fields I want to show on my limited mobile phone screen size.

Functionally rich but takes a bit of time to learn. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes an immensely useful productivity tool.
