Sehr gute Funktionen, hat leider seinen Preis. Für geschäftliche Nutzung aber gut geeignet, schnell und ohne erkennbare Fehler!

Gute Software, aber mit kleinem Haken. Die App gibt es auch über Google Drive und man kann sich mit einem google Konto anmelden. Spreadsheet ist allerdings nur für die ersten 30 Tage kostenlos. Danach fallen monatliche Kosten an. Die App ist daher nur bedingt kostenlos.

Ja, man benötigt einen Account. Und?? Vielleicht sollte man mal auf die Funktionen schauen, die sind nämlich als Webapp super und die iPhone App ist eine prima Ergänzung. Worum geht es? Projektmanagement auf listenbasis. Die gute alte Excel Liste wird hier aufgebohrt und dient zur vielfältigen, interaktiven Verwaltung von Informationen. Man kann Gantt Charts erzeugen, Berichte automatisieren, Listen freigeben. Man kann mit anderen zusammen arbeiten oder sich Listenzeilen per Webformular füllen lassen. Ist für Fortgeschrittene auf jeden Fall einen Blick wert!

Auf den ersten Blick eine smarte Lösung. Sehr einfache Bedienung. Sehr benutzerfreundlich. Erste Projekte schnell einzugeben und super Lösung mit schnellem Ansichtenwechsel zur sofortigen Visualisierung. Auch für Projekt-Neulinge. Viele Beispiele an Arbeitsblättern.

zuerst kommt die unverlangte daily smartsheet mail, dann, nach mehreren Tagen der nichtnutzung der App eine Erinnerungsmail. Das ist ein no-go für eine so kleine App.

Die App ist im Prinzip gut und schaut erstmal umfangreich aus, aber wenn man sie wirklich nutzen will funktioniert vieles mobil einfach nicht. Das ist schwach und sollte nachgebessert werden, wo ist Apple, die schlechte oder unfertige Produkte blocken. Bitte Tim, das hier ist eins davon!

eine super Idee, aber wenn man mit kostenlos wirbt, denn ist es fast schon frech, monatliche Gebühren zu verlangen, die weit über den sonst üblichen Einmalgebühren liegen.

Das ist keine frei Verwendbare App. verlangt Registrierung

Vieles kann man über die aapl nicht machen und dann so ein hohes Abp abschließen? Da gibt es viele günstigere und sogar kostenlose Alternativen.

1) kostenlos ist zwar die App, aber für die Funktionen der eigentlichen Cloud App muss man zahlen. Und das mache ich seit über einem Jahr gerne Geschäftlich. 2) Die App ist eigentlich ein Companion für den Webservice. Sie bietet nicht alle Funktionen des Webclient, was an manchen Stellen verständlich ist an anderen Stellen mangelhaft. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Also zuerst Website angucken und ausprobieren und schauen, ob man das was Geld kostet braucht. Wenn man dabei bleibt ist diese App nützlich, vor allem für Projektteam Mitglieder. Wer ne kostenlose ToDo App sucht ist hier falsch.

In order to import data you need their data shuttle. Data import is basic and should be on all plans. Could even find pricing for this and had to setup meetings with two different sales and support. I am a sole proprietor and in the end became frustrated and went to click up.

The app works great and I use it all the time. I'd still prefer to use the website. But the app could become better than the website if it allowed me to easily zoom, indent/outdent, and (easily) delete tasks in gantt view.

“This is taking longer than expected” is constantly the message I get from Smartsheets whenever I try to access it. Whether I am on data or WiFi even if it’s a strong connection that’s the message I get and it takes several minutes to load, if it even manages to load at all. The interface also is kind of clunky and filtering through different things can be such a pain.

My contractor uses this app for scheduling and when trying to log in for the first time I ended up creating a new account and now can’t access the account he set up for me. I can’t delete the account, the help button keeps leading me to a solution that does not work and I can’t find any way to access a human to help me out. GARBAGE

Tested the app for several months already and the app is very inefficient and does not have the same functionality from the website version, but it’s impossible for me to use the website version in iPad because it brings me back to the poorly working app.

I have been an ardent user for my Personal and Professional Use. Just love it!

I use a lot of tools in my day-to-day. Smartsheet is at the center. I love the intuitive nature and the thought that it is merely a foundation in which I can build whatever I dream.

The smart sheet it a great tools that help me to be well organized despite my multitask.

It’s impossible to find where my “rewards” are. This program all looks and sounds good, but is useless as no one explains how it works and how to navigate to access any rewards earned. This is going to be a hard pass if this app isn’t easier to use.

I am very happy with this software. I have slowly been working with it and each time seems easier. For me it was a bit of a learning process but interesting enough to keep my attention. I wish some of the templates were a bit more for everyday tasks, some comparable templates or I am not searching to find them but overall I feel it does what it should and for the average person works great. I have no complaints at all, it functions great on my mobile, MacBook and windows desktop.

The essay section was difficult to write and edit only having a limited access to the space provided to write in.

There are far too many features that aren't available in the App that are in the browser version. Also, the app will load old versions of sheets so you'll be looking at old information.

For the last few weeks everytime I try to utilize the app it’s says for best experience download the app and I already have it downloaded please fix this problem 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

For the past eight hours, I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan and the system won’t let me. On top of that trying to reach customer support has been a nightmare. Their system won’t even let me submit a ticket. The worst part is I’ve use this program in the past and I like it but trying to get reestablished has been ridiculous.

It gets 2 stars because it functions very well. However, it’s nearly impossible to cancel when finished using after 1.5 years. That’s infuriating and worth a downgrade. Buyer beware: it’s a great service as long as you’re using it, but make sure you need it long term because it is a monster hassle to cancel.

Sent a link for tech info for a tv production. Tap link and the lunacy starts. Seems like endless cycling of whatever but maybe loading pages? Bar across the top prompts you to OPEN the app. Tap OPEN and it goes through the same routine again. The prompt to OPEN the app remains. If you open the app by tapping on the actual app, there is nothing there. No recent. Nothing. So, don’t tap the OPEN. After a ridiculous period of time the tech info book finally appears…much larger than can be accommodated by a mobile phone screen. Don’t try to enlarge or shrink the usual way on a phone though. Thst only reduce the page to a small tab. The only way read the docs are to swipe back and forth, up and down through many large pages to find the info that might pertain to you. Wish companies would go back to using Excel or PDF files and stop using this absolute waste of time garbage app.

Literally worse than dial up internet, always EXTREMELY SLOW!!!

It’s great but could be better with dynamic reports that can be generated by user selection of type of report for example is I have generated a report for one year, I should be able to view similar report for all years available in the data set.

This could be a great product, but if you need anything beyond basic functions for a single user, you're blocked by a paywall requiring a three-user business license. They do a good job of making it look like full function till you have some midlevel features that are not enterprise class. Unfriendly to small business Terrible prices structure

I hate this app. I’ve been trying to cancel my account for four months and they’ve made it impossible. Don’t give them your money.

We have been trying to get access to account for over 3 weeks. There is no phone support. The email and form support is non existent. We would never have signed up for this software if we knew something like this could happen. We call, email and fill out forms multiple time everyday, still can’t get resolved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!

The app doesn’t have full functionality, so it’s good for some minor things, but you can’t harness anywhere near the full power of the service via the app

Very useful for tracking projects and tasks for work. Can integrate into anything that can output an excel or .csv file.

Smartsheet is awesome I think every crew should use this app it comes in handy for sure and it helps communicate between companies

Smartsheet was able to help our company propose and perform through a huge project $$$ with full communication through the evolving expectations and project requirements. Our clients were blown away by the streamline flexible scheduling using Smartsheet.

The app is good enough to edit rows on a sheet but if you need to build or edit the structure of a sheet better switch to the web app

The best Internet based worksheet and data collection and tracking system in the industry. I love this tool!

Our company has used Smartsheet for almost a decade. As our workflows become more dynamic and require more team members the color pallets are extremely limiting. Excel offers the ability to use an array of colors. I’ve seen comments as far back as 3 years from users requesting this, it shouldn’t be that difficult for a company as large as Smartsheet to add this feature which is seemingly standard across many different softwares for businesses. Please!!

Can’t figure out how to convert my free account to paid No ability to contact support to ask.

This is a decent app for viewing and using sheets, but it really needs to allow full editing.

I generally love Smartsheet but the barcode reader in the model app does not work. We are trying to use the Asset Tracking templates.
